VISION

To me, theatre is about connection; dynamic relationships are the heart of my work.  I strive to inspire empathy by telling personally resonant stories that reveal characters' perspectives.  I create an actualization of events in which characters' ideas and choices propel the story from moment to moment, inviting the audience into their world.  By prioritizing new work and embracing genres like magical realism, I explore how theatrical convention can awaken imagination and deepen the audience's connection to stories.
